Welcome to the Crusade Studies Forum

The Crusades Studies Forum at Saint Louis University is an international venue for the presentation of current research, the discussion of recent scholarship, and the exploration of new directions in topics relating to the Crusades. Participants include those local to the Saint Louis region as well as distinguished scholars from across the globe. All are welcome to attend and participate in the forum.

Annual Symposium on Medieval and Renaissance Studies (SMRS)

The Annual SMRS will be hosted next summer on Saint Louis University campus. We're very excited to meet with scholars from all over the globe, including plenary speakers David Abulafia, of Cambridge University, and Barbara Rosenwein, of Loyola University, Chicago. The Crusade Studies Forum also plans to host a session at this conference.
